Overview
Camp Arifjan is the principal United States Army installation in Kuwait. MTC delivered camp construction and mechanical, electrical and plumbing works under V2X, the US Army’s facilities support contractor.
Why it matters
This is the most unusual credential in MTC’s record and the hardest to obtain. Working on a foreign military installation requires personnel vetting, base access clearance, and compliance with a client whose procurement standards are entirely separate from Kuwait’s public sector framework. A contractor who has passed that screening has cleared a bar most Kuwaiti contractors never approach.
It is also MTC’s highest-value package in the buildings and MEP category.
