Overview
Mutlaa is one of Kuwait’s largest new residential developments, delivered under the Public Authority for Housing Welfare. MTC is building 50 private villas across multiple plots within the development on a turnkey basis: structure, finishes, siteworks, landscaping and phased handover.
Why it matters
Fifty villas across scattered plots is operationally harder than one large building of equivalent value. Each unit is its own small site with its own sequence, its own inspections and its own handover. Crews, plant and materials have to move continuously between them without stalling any one plot. It demands scheduling and logistics discipline rather than raw scale.
It is also the clearest demonstration that MTC’s capability is not limited to heavy industry. Private residential clients judge on finish quality and handover experience, which is a different standard from an oil facility.
